What is the Scratchpad Accelerator?

At Scratchpad, we are shifting our focus from working with scalable, investment-oriented companies to work with everyone who has a business idea- regardless of the industry.

What type of companies do you accept?

We accept every type of company!  From opening a restaurant to building an app- we can help you.
Kauffman FastTrac® was launched by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, and carries out Mr. K’s belief that everyone has a fundamental right to turn an idea into an economic reality, regardless of who you are or where you’re from, with zero barriers in the way.

Who is planning and running Scratchpad?

The Scratchpad Accelerator is run by Dr. Jason Harkins, an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship within the Maine Business School at the University of Maine and Lisa Liberatore, a serial entrepreneur.  Both have been working with entrepreneurs for over 10 years.
