Dr. Jason Harkins, Program Director
Dr. Jason Harkins is the Executive Dean of the Maine Business School and an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and the Founder of Scratchpad Accelerator, the first seed-stage entrepreneurial accelerator in New England North of Boston. Jason has been engaged in numerous entrepreneurial ventures, starting up companies, consulting for numerous firms across Maine, and serves on the Board of Directors for for-profit and non-profit companies in the entrepreneurial space. He is a passionate believer in the opportunities for entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurship to transform Maine, the country, and the world!
Lisa Liberatore, Program Manager
Lisa Liberatore is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for making connections with everyone she meets. She has built and sold multiple companies across various industries. Lisa has been the Program Manager for Scratchpad Accelerator since inception. She ran a cohort of Top Gun. She had a small business consulting business specializing in scalable companies across Maine. She authored the Power of Transparency and Navigating the Crisis of 2020. She completed her Masters in Student Development in Higher Education with a concentration in Educational Leadership. She is an adjunct faculty at the Maine Business School
